Best way in Sylenth1, Massive or Spire.

 

To get a "pluck" you usually just need a low-pass filter envelope (no attack, no release, no sustain..and only decay to taste) on whatever sound you have got.
Then it's up to you to choose which waveforms you want, and how much you want to stack on top of each other (in different octaves, stacked/detuned/unisoned, etc etc).

The first one sounds like a square/pulse and one additional square/pulse oscillator an octave above.
Pretty much the same with the second one, but play around with waveforms, waveform mix and filter envelope decay length, filter cutoff start, etc. Also play around with phase on the different oscillators, if you are stacking different waveforms.
