for funk packs i think Singomakers and Bingoshakerz (another Black Octopus related label btw, they re not that bad, are they?) are pretty good. check out Bingoshakerz's Stephane Deschezeaux's packs they are awesome.
One has been posted yesterday on AZ, grab it before it disapears !!
I think F9 (never could make their sounds fit in my mix though) and Organic Loops have good packs in that genre too

sorry these mp3 conversions sound TERRIBLE

Aah,ok Singomakers is one of the few decent newer label sample packs around definitely.i don't use em that much cause the packs i bought seem to use similar one shots across different packs.not tried Bingoshakers i'll look into those

except for DRUM samples, right? (may be FX too)
I almost never use loops (except for drumbreaks) or synths sounds so I partially agree. Always better to use instruments, but samples can be really helpful sometimes

    - Splice because of the great artist packs, and "dry" samples
    - Dabro Music because of the very high quality products and separate loops
    - Boom library, Hiss And A Roar and Detunized for impact, ambiance and noises samples

For electronic genres - Black Octopus, Vengeance, Loopmasters
For rock\metal\orchestral\acoustic - Impact Soundworks, Orchestral Tools\Spitfire, Toontrack (technically they all provide samples but in their own or Kontakt format)

I forgot Drumdrops. They don't have a ton of releases, but the 've made some excellent multitrack drumsets with full song lengths. Raw audio with no processing for your mixing but also choping, re-arranging and producing pleasure :)

I hate labels who puts stem in their packs. Easy way to increase pack size.

I like the Echo Sound Works stuff. Laniakea Sounds has some really clean sounds too.
