huge fight between the 3 biggest labels of the moment.... I LOVE IT
I thought Vengeance would be considered a little outdated but they are not, for many of you
And still no love for Class A, Producer Loops and Audentity (usually pretty good rated labels)
No Undrgrnd Sounds or Sounds.com lovers either.... lol.
No Vandalism, Wave Alchemy or Samples from Mars..
Life is a bitch when it comes to top 3s

Black Octopus is leading the poll?how lol, their stuff is clipped garbage for the most part.for the dance stuff there still hasn't been a better pack than Vengeance and Mutekki in general.a lot of newer dance oriented sample packs are hilariously bad.people seem to have forgotten how to layer properly or never got the memo that there is more ways to synthesize kicks than to stick pitch envelopes on sinewaves and then poorly fit a really sharp high transient in front of it with zero consideration for phase

Anyways.my other choice would be Wave Alchemy.i used their Drum Machines packs daily.shoutout to Digital Redux as well.never hear them mentioned but they make some great stuff

    Edited:to correct drunk typing

they were listed in the other possible labels (but i delete a label from this list once it gets its first vote). your vote for them is the 3rd. and I absolutely love their drum kits and their kontakt libraries as well. good choice Sine!!

i'm a bit surprised too, but they are actually one of the three biggest labels of the moment, so...
and in the end these three labels are the three leaders of the poll (Splice, Loopmasters, Black Octopus)
I am guilty too because i voted for Origin Sound (related label) but i don't like Black Octopus personaly
i was expecting little surprises but it is not too late.
I'm pretty happy for Goldbaby for the moment but i thought labels like Wave Alchemy or Samples from Mars (Goldbaby's cousins lol) or even Drum Broker (not as good as those mentioned before IMO) would get more votes.
I think most of the users today want "mix-eq-comp-limiter-master ready" (unusable) samples rather than raw and sculptable samples, unfortunately, but it is a sign of the times

    "oh yeah !" BTW

still tripping on these two orchestra hits and guitar solo at the end of the track... i'm an old fart i know

I didn't know Origin Sound was under that banner.yeah it would seem more people prefer pseudo "mastered"type drums than to just have some starting point to build upon from.my issue with Black Octopus is they strike me as a bit tasteless even when the genres themselves (take their Funk pack for instance)shouldn't be.like i said earlier lots of poorly layered drums and tacky processing choices.i prefer really raw material.been through decent conversion and a pre, but also not mega coloured in some infinitely long analog chain so that i can sink my teeth into it and shape it however i desire.not really into the idea of being painted into a corner sonically by my sample fodder
