    Hi, good luck on your sale. Just wondering how "perpetual" works with Reason, isn't it just updates within the main version?
    Isn't 13 out now? So that means no more updates for 12?

    Yep, 13 is out. Maybe I used the word "perpetual" incorrectly, but basically it's a license that you can keep forever specifically of Reason 12. It is possible to upgrade it to 13. But the cool bit here is if we do an account takeover or a transfer (without objekt), someone can get practically most of the latest paid REs and then that license is upgradeable to 13 or whatever version comes next.
