Adapted by The Brother's Grimm and the first story in their internationally famous Kinder-und Hausmärchen (Grim's Fairy Tales) the story of the Frog Prince and the Princess has been re-told millions of times, and now you have the opportunity yourself in any way that you feel to do so or re-create it to make it your very own. The sculpture actually sits in front of our house and was created by the artist Adele Schallenmüller for the handicapped children living at the assisted living facility Sonnenhof just around the corner, their daily walks through the village were at the time in and about 1945 foolishly contentious for some of the uptight of the village and she kindly created it both for the children as well as to transform frowns into smiles perhaps somewhat analogous to the story the fountain wonderfully references. The sculpture is an addition to the original small oblong village cental livestock watering fountain dating from 1791. Today in the heat that we've been having, people stop and take their shoes off and give their hot feet a refresher as well as people letting their dogs (slang for feet, lol) cool down in the water and to have a drink.

With all that in mind have fun creating!!

I wanted to do something short like a moment in time. Ethereal, magical, beautiful and somewhat mysterious that could be a soundtrack from a animation

 

I love it, as usual!

 

well i made a song with the initial idea of something transforming, like frog to prince. then it kinda spiraled into its own thing of course, but like the piano changes into a synth, the pad line is echoed by some strings... thats pretty much it actually. i was gonna sing, but suck at singing and the lyrics started with "kiss me" like from the fairy tale but i then i couldn't stop thinking of the sixpence a richer song so i scrapped it in general and it became a more boring instrumental. the end.

Just listening again... sweet start like Frogs on Ice... then boom the frog connects with the princess part 3 froggy frenetic princess orgasmic part 4 cigarettes and body liquids! Go macros mk2!

What, you gotta a frog in your throat?

That was cool! For me it told the story of transformation, a circle from the known to a vastly, completely different realm of physicality with a corresponding change of consciousness and then a return again to complete the circle. In my book it is well done!

A very cool track but you can't seduce me, tadpoles ain't my thing.

 

Tadpoles are for princesses. Frog jiz is for Hollywood people.

i don't know what i'm doing. I've tried to write music around a frog giving a bowling ball to a statue-lady, this came up. image is ai generated. music is real. ableton, all midi. ciao bros

Thats whats great about the noncontest. Its like meditating- as long as you try you've succeeded! Ill give it a proper listen once I get home to my good headphones!

@vuldegger .. When at college my friends and I had an expression that we'd invoke from time to time and which served as a place setter for when someone wished to drop some L.S.D. ...Bowling is fun, because that's just what we did one Saturday night, ate some acid and went to the bowling ally and threw a bunch of frames! It was really soooo much fun...as is your entry into this 21st rendition of the Friendly Non-Contest!

@vuldegger supa cool. I imagine seeing the princess swanking around in her underwear, the frog dancing along side her. I love bowling too.
There was a huge bowling alley just down the street from where I grew up, but one day it went up in flames and the whole building was destroyed.

lois, i used to drop gummy bears onto the dirt, they became crunchy suddenly. Fun times. No seriously, i used to "hunt" tadpoles, it never sparked an evolution if i took them out and showed them the world, i think that is where my short lived Pokémon collector desire was sparked..

@KORG3R yea we caught fish and crayfish. There was a kid that put an M80 in a fish and blew it up in the lagoon.
