Superb, thank you so much man for bringing these to our attention. It even opened my eyes up to his Housecall FM website and tons of great remixes!

They are working just fine in Logic Pro X, in fact the NFO gives instructions for Logic, not Altiverb. The files are .AIF's (impulses) and .PST's (presets for Space Designer).

    @ Garageraver,

    *yes*

As soon that you have loaded the 'Convolution Reverb' Engine (which makes part of 'Max4Live' Essentials), you can simply 'drag & drop' these 'Grant Nelson' Impulse Responses ('.aif' Format) inside the empty Window of the Convolution Reverb, as well that you can 'import' them the usual way ('Import' --> ...).
Then from here, you can set each Impulse Response the way you like (or need !). Leave it as is, or for example, you can shorten it, change its Dry/Wet ratio,... , then when you're satisfied with the result, you can save it as your own 'Convolution Reverb' Preset (to reload and use it afterwards).
Normally, you should be able to place these 'Impulse Responses' anywhere within your HD, and the Preset(s) saved by 'Ableton LIVE' must be easily reloadable as it must to automatically find the location of your 'Impulse Responses' ('.aif' or '.wav' Format files). *yes*

This way, you can create a specific Folder within your HD that contains all your desired/used 'Impulse Responses', and furthermore, you can also use the 'Impulse Responses' placed in that Folder for other 'Convolution Reverb' Engines used in other DAWs and/or as independent Plugins, for instance.

    @ Cliquid,

    Unfortunately not ! *no*

The 'Impulse Responses' used within 'Altiverb' are (normally !) several Impulses for a same 'Impulse Response' type. You need the 'Left', 'Right', 'Center' Impulses, as well as the 'Surround' ones if you plan to use that 'Surround' Mode.

The 'Grant Nelson' Impulse Responses provided here are 'single' '.aif' Format files, as well as their corresponding '.pst' ('LOGIC' Space Designer Presets) to be able to load and use them easily within 'LOGIC'... *yes*

  10. There are also AIFF files that work in other convolution verbs.
