    Damn! It's not working now - I have products both from Adam Audio and Focusrite and in both user areas don't have Cream 2 code, only Traction 2 content code, what a bummer! I guess something is broken :/

    I thought it was going to appear automatically because as I said above I had the Novation LC XL registered, but no, I had to register a Focusrite 2i2 from a friend to grab it .

    Send a message to Focusrite so they solve it, I had the same problem but I registered another product and I got it

    Novation is "sound collective" and focusrite is "plugin collective"

    Afaik these two are different in what software is included.
    So only plugin collective gets cream2..

    Also i think sound collective is about sounds like virtual instruments and plugin collective is about plugins for mixing. Which makes sense given that novations are keyboards/midi controller and focusrite are audio devices / dacs
