allot of great records where done with cracks since the 90s+, not that major labels and record companies did not have the money, they did BUY it all but preferred the cracks to get around lag time of USB-Floppy-or ISPN authorisations., I remember it used to take 30 mins to start up Pro Tools rig with Waves USB keys, the silly Digidesign floppy disks and owners where been charged for the calls and a additional $50 for more authorisations even thought it was Digidesign's fault the floppy got corrupted, these very people think the Ilok is justified, Stienberg just dropped the stupid USB method after their success with Cubasis cause Apple has control over their App Store signature methods on M1 chip cpus like their IOS, don't be surprised if you don't hear about Apples backdoor spying again this year.

Most hackers are the developers themselves turning on Competitors, Apple's monopoly and just about any other reason (been fired from Opcode, protecting their hardware market etc)

 

Yep, never install the cracked software if you do not know what it means (especially if you use as suggested 'disable antivirus, it's false positive, bla bla bla, legit sources' > But if you do, use virtual machines first, then you can copy files from VM.

It's because I know where to look for them and places I trust to get those cracks, like the sister site and Russian site. Just don't be dumb and you will be fine!

true, all the big rooms with cracks I knew got them directly from Digidesign reps with a agreements from Waves. etc, this. was because of lag time during boot ups that requires 20-30 authorisations from codes, usb dongles, floppies etc

 

No, only Gatekeeper. Disabling SIP on demand and re-enabling afterwards is recommended.

 

I had issues with ozone pro after turning SIP back on a Mac with Catalina, the error showed up in Logic Pro, said the plugin was corrupted and was downloaded with an app., you ever seen this?

 

would be nice if you shared your routine method to avoid issues
I use little snitch but also shut off WIFI during reboots too avoid any un filtered activity
I shut off SIP and Gatekeeper, and when turning it back on I can see which apps are issues testing.
I also clone using CCC, so far restarting Catalina clones of user data go very smooth after installs of fresh systems.

deep singing is something I still have not grasped, although I own every PA plug I still like to know how it works as I like to Mod interfaces for fun., anything else I missed do please share.

did you disable automatic updates? did you codesign? doesn't have to be an SIP problem, probably auto-update homecalling

 

any unsigned nested code will be recursively signed before proceeding, using the same signing options and parameters.

it is like assigning permissions to a folder, and applying them to every file inside it, regardless of it's directory structure. hth

I don't code sign, although I did with some PA plugs according to instructions, but just to see If it worked.
I normally install according to instruction, do I have to code sign every app and how?
Is there a code singing app for macOSX?
