Make a point when you finish the sentence. You are unable to answer a simple question.

I had the same issue everytime i watched a video on youtube in the browser. 2-3 mins all fine, then suddenly sound jittered and crackled. Disabling Core Throtteling did the trick for me. Win 10 is still not optimized for audio usage, the guy who developed voicemeeter potato had an interesting forum post on that.

GPU drivers are another culprit that sometimes add latency or glitches, especially Nvidia's. Make sure to use the clean driver without the extra telemetry, screen record, autoupdate stuff, etc. Then also antivirus realtime scanning and other other kinds of non-essential system-level process that can interrupt other processes. Disable motherboard audio and any other audio drivers.

Tool to clean install Nvidia drivers: https://www.techpowerup.com/nvcleanstall/

Are you using the Focusrite ASIO Driver in your DAW? Double and triple check that you are.

Hello! I found a thread on Reddit with the same problem as me that was responded by a Focusrite member, apparently it is a known problem and suggested to install the latest beta. It solved my problem partially with ocasional pops and cracks returning but not as much.
So there is nothing I can do, it IS a driver issue and will have to wait for an update. I don't get any cracks and pops at 512/44.1 so that's something.

Thanks for the responses and suggestions!
