hi there. I just did a total format of my PC (about 10 days ago), installing the last updated Win 10 20H2 (before I had Win 10 LTSC, not the last version though).
After the format, I did online gaming at least 1 time, talking with Skype open, everything was working well. A week later (yesterday), I tried to re-open Skype but I could not talk, so I saw that the mic signal does not arrive to Windows. the Focusrite apparently is working fine as of its Scarlett Control Mix (I can see the signal on the channel and I can hear my voice, so the mic and the interface should work I think), but in Windows I can't see the signal of the microphone in input, on the Windows audio settings. Anyway. Tried a lot of things, nothing happened.

    Did everyone have this problem?

    here is my setup:

    Asus Prime X470-Pro
    AMD Ryzen 5 2600X
    Arctic Freezer 33 eSports One
    Corsair Vengeance LPX 4 x 8 GB 3200 MHz
WD Black NVMe 250 GB + Crucial MX500 500 GB + Seagate Barracuda 500 GB
    Sapphire Nitro RX480 4 GB
    Sharkoon SilentStorm Icewind Black 550W
    Sharkoon TG5

Yes, I mean, the solution was giving the apps the permission to use the microphone. Thank you
