I think even if you register plugins using personal data when you use R2R encryptor tool for suppling your data will be safe.
But I guess there are small chances that someone with license registered to his personal data send it to R2R.

I think Yes. This is like Enigma created by R2R. Only they have decryptor and message can be send anywhere even publicly on forum as topic. I can't imagine how it will look to contact them using e-mail like that.
