I am just another audiophile from India and found a beautiful plugin called Fluid Pitch. It's just brilliant. basically what it does is modify your existing pitch bend to play always in the given scale. As well it has polyphonic pitch bend capacity. please check that out and let me know how you feel about it. They claims it can convert any midi keyboard to a MPE Device and I see potential there. As I know all the MPE capable devices comes with the hefty price tag. This will help a lot of audiophiles who doesn't have access to MPE capable instruments. Leaving a link here.
