Flow is a ready to use orchestral template integrating Cubase - Vienna Ensemble Pro - Lemur that has already programmed integration with more than 40 libraries from Spitfire Audio and Cinematic Studio.

All you ned to do is open the files and start composing with all your libraries controllable via your tablet

Will it work on one machine or its better to have another machnine as slave??

I'm courious becouse I have only one machine and dont know if it will run this template....

I also have one single machine.
When you open it it virtually uses 0 memory, everything comes disabled in Vienna.
Through lemur you just enable the tracks you need, so you can use as much instruments and mics as your machine supports

Performance is one of the most important requirements I took into the design of Flow together with scalability

 

And can I easliy add other libraries to the template than Spitfire or Cinematic Studio?

 

Am I reading this right that it's 249 Euros + VAT for a template?

 

I really like the idea but the price of the Flow Pro Template, is about 10 times of what it should be. I am a Vienna Ensemble user. Also Cubase user too. But when you implicate too much specific 3rd party hardware and soft, you 'll find that not many are willing to clone themselves to your "image", not to mention the pricing on this is something to make Hans Zimmer consider his own workFlow :D

 

And, for what I know, Hans is giving away his templates for free if you ask him nicely. He doesn't have all of them because (he admitted that himself) he is quite unorganized, but really nice and down to earth guy.

So far who has bought it at that price did not regret 1 euro of purchase
There is a lot of development in it that would take you one year to re do it.

Although, after one year and hundred of sales I am open to review the price but do not expect it to go down of 1/10 (if you say so you do not yet grasp the amount of work is done and you will save with it)

I might decide to bring the cost down to be similar to the one of midi kinetic pro

The price is too much in my opinion, but that is one model of business. Targeting rich people who don't care about 300$. Someone that has all those libraries and Cubase Pro (1-5k$) is already eligible for paying 300$ more, but just as a comparison Studio One Professional is 230$!

I have made my own template in Studio One. It took me 2-3 days to set that up.

I didn't have Lemur and Vienna Ensemble though. However, Studio One works very well without those.

I wrote some code myself to use my Android smartphone as a touch screen midi controller and it works perfectly. I didn't use it for key switches or mix and mastering. Only for CC and Expression.

BTW, your composition was very good. Good job!

is a long time we were thinking about dropping the price of Flow which so far has been purchased mainly by power users (who makes money with music) including some very famous composers out there

As a reference we looked at the price of Composer Tool Pro from midi kinetics, (although Flow has everything already programmed and ready to use)
