    Urgh... Saw all the feedback's...

Is it overkill if I just get 'em both?
It'll totally rip me off my budget and
might put me in for some scarcity for a while but...

Not sure if it's worth it or not...

BTW thank you sir Catalyst for keeping everyone back to the topic,
but yah, I saw that bitwig thingy...
But Bitwig is just a myth and developers are using meth so yah...
Screw that thing until it's not officially out yet...

So back to my question again...
Is it overkill to get 'em both or worth it for a little bankruptcy for a while?
(And for a while it may took me a year or more)
    Really getting frustrated much...
FL's been my brother in production for a while,
but what's making me sad are things I can get right though I know I'm doing it right.
Like for example sidechaining(not just edm sidechaining), sorry for the language but goddamnit i tried that thing over the AL of a friend of mine, that so damn easy...

I tried to played live with FL, it's killing me, there's some sort of midi routing that's impossible at FL...
    I could only play the C0, C1, C2, C3 etc... notes on FL's Live...
Meanwhile I tried to make something on my own off ableton,
then my friend midi routed it, we jammed smoothly...

Oh yah, and also when it comes to Plugs, VST, Compressors etc... I kinda use FL's natives X External plug ins, like Massive, iZotope (different products), Amplitube for guitars and etc....

But what's really killing me is that, I just wish I could put up those 2 DAW's then open up FLP's on Ableton or ALS on FL...

    So yah, again...
What's your opinion on grabbing them both?
    Overkill? Or worth a shot?

Could someone please do me a favor of posting
    FL's Signature Bundle Price
    VS
AL's Equivalent to that signature bundle of FL...

    Thanks again...

    ONE LOVE
    GOOD VIBES

I've played the new Instrument Rack 2 in C7.5, and for me the C7.5 + FL Studio(s) as VSTi (multi-out) combo seems flawless (using with FL as ReWire slave was uncomfortable), put the MIDI/mixing/track management etc. related things into C7.5 and the instruments related ones (layering, modulation, automation, but not the MIDI related ones: MIDI signals come from Cubase) into FL, absolutely brilliant combination without any weak point :)

AL hasn't got VST version, and using as ReWire slave it's dumb as hell (there is no VST support in it)

Ok, if the topic was called: FL studio vs Ableton vs Cubase i would have changed my opinion and gave the benefit to cubase.

Well if you already have Live, why not just snag FL; then ReWire Ableton into FL and get the best of both worlds?!
