    Hi!
    I'm gonna buy FL Studio12 Producer. Currently I have FL Studio Producer10 (R2R) installed (I'm on win7 64bit).

    1) Are there some special procedures of uninstalling the cracked FL Studio? (before installing the legit one)
    Can I uninstall it normally, or do I have to remove anything in the registry or anywhere else?

    2) What folder locations should I copy from my cracked FL to the legit FL ? (in the FL's options) (so that my projects load properly in the legit FL)

    Cheers!

    Hi there is realy no need to uninstall fl 10 R2R version
    only if your stuck for hard-drive space, image-line will send you a new reg. file
    that unlocks fl studio 1 to 12 so you did not just buy fl 12 but all versions.

    When installing fl 12 you will be asked to import settings from older version
    just tick the box and the setup will do the rest.

    For your old projects to load in properly into fl 12 you just need to make sure
    your plugin path and sample folders are set the same as in fl 10.

    you should save some of your best projects from fl 10 as zip
    so all samples as well as setting are saved in one file,
    you can then load these into fl 12 much faster
    and are a great way to backup your music projects.
    you can also copy your old Plugin database folder from 10
    into 12 to save you time, making sure not to over-wright the default plugins.

    I would leave uninstalling fl 10 till there comes a time that you have not
    had to use it for 6 mts to a year just to be safe.

    There have been alot of updates over the years
    so you should have a look on youtube about whats new
    and how to get the most out of it.
    ---------------------------------------
    Some user files are stored here depending if you use x86 or x64 bit pc.
    you can set a new path to these in fl 12 or copy the user folders into fl 12.

    Projects

    C:\Program Files\Image-Line\FL Studio 10\Data

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Image-Line\FL Studio 10\Data

    ==================================================

    Scores, Plugin database, Mixer presets, ect ect

    C:\Program Files\Image-Line\FL Studio 10\Data\Patches

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Image-Line\FL Studio 10\Data\Patches

    ==================================================

    Best of luck :)
