I can find any DAW in the sister site but when it comes to FL Studio i can't find any post, why is that? I tend to download in other spanish warez website with no luck either. Do they have an aggressive antiwarez system? If there is a real warez scene on the sister site, why to put down just specifically FL Studio posts and any other DAW or software post achieves to be there forever?

I can see various releases of FL on rutracker, not sure if they're active: try them

Image-Line sends takedown requests pretty fast and when you get such a request,
you have to take it down quickly. They also delete videos on youtube when they contain
anything above normal usage (for example a skinned version of FL).

Its low on price factor, look for the deal on their page and buy it. Major plus point is that lifetime updates are free. :)

I used to be in your shoes two years ago. Then I realized if I am gonna buy anything, and if i'm serious about producing in FL, I should buy it. Benefits is - safe, secure, reliable, immediate updates, lifetime updates. So, i saved money and bought it. Third world country guy speaking.
If you just want to "try" stuff, the demo version do everything and you can export, save. Good enough to try.
Tip : Buy the license with a special email just for FL, so you can resell it back (the email + license) if you ended up hating it or moving DAW 3 years later for some magical reason. Ask if anyone's selling in KVR or FB groups. you can get it for less than retail.
Nobody knows why the latest FL is not on warez sites anymore, but you gotta appreciate their work and their lifetime updates policy. Within popular DAWs, only Logic and FL got lifetime updates in this industry and given that they are a small team in Belgium and not a 2 trillion dollar company, I say it's worth it.

Its pretty obvious as to why you can't find them anywhere and that is DMCA takedown requests

Also why not buy it? They have a great deal right now for the all plugins version and don't forget free lifetime updates

Yes, I will probably buy it by the end of this year, after so many years it is time to make the move on the legal software, also i would like to be in their forum helping to the development, (It's a pretty nice community). I am in a third world country, where paying the rent and buying food are the financial priorities without not much money left, but finally i am reaching that point of being economically stable, so the time has come.

I used FL Studio for many years, and i am currently on Ableton, so it's a hard decision, since FL Studio has free lifetime upgrades

just don't. I bought one here on this site when someone was selling it. worked fine for a month and then Imageline banned the account. couldn't log in at all!! the guy went missing and i had to file a dispute on Paypal to get back my money! so imho - DONT EVER SELL/BUY FL LICENSE FROM ANYONE! if they find out, you're screwed!

Actually, you should've done some researching as well. Image Line doesn't do license transfer as it clearly states here https://support.image-line.com/acti...cense Agreement, sell your software or account.

"We make this deal with our customers (more technically, a service agreement): We give you Lifetime Free Updates and in return you are not allowed to sell your software or account. That is a service agreement we have stood by since 1998, and so we also expect you to honour your side of this agreement."

an amazing offer actually. you get everything including all the premium plugins for $399 with free lifetime updates.

i personally don't like the gui. i don't know why but it just isn't intuitive for me. but if you already know the interface and like it, i would jump at that black friday offer.

If it's obvious that you use a cracked version, then yes.
For example, it's obvious when FL Studio doesn't show any registration name at the top (patched FL Studio) or when it shows a different
name than yours or different than the usual registration sheme (YourName + some numbers).

But you also can do this:
before you start recording a video, just load up a custom project (I used to load up my basic start project).
Doing so, it shows the project name instead of your registration name.

I for myself also got a legit license over 10 years ago and it was worth it.
Only thing I do is, I patch the integrated plugins and that way convert my license to the
all plugins bundle for free. Funny thing is, the patched plugins also show my license name.

FL is pretty good and 10 years ago it was the best DAW with some unique features in my opinion.
No DAW had a piano roll as good as the one from FL, nowdays everyone calls such a feature in other DAW's piano roll.
Also the pattern block design was something nice and new.

As of today, almost every DAW has similar features and so it's just a matter of personal taste.
For me, FL is one of the best but recently I worked more and more with Ableton.

Two big statements here bro, which I have to challenge on principle.
Logic, for one, had it before FL existed. FLs is good though.
Is this a pattern sequencing and playback thing?
If so, we were doing it in Logic prior to even Live existing. It meant lots of 'fun' in the Environment window!

@Strat4ever Some people say the FL Limiter has a sound, and it's being used by a lot by Hip-Hop creators. That's all I know.
