Basically it just sits on this forever and never scans in the plug ins I followed all instructions for the newest version.

 

By the way, I had something like this. But in my opinion, if I'm not mistaken, I scanned through another daw and everything worked.

 

Try delete vst3,scan it,and then recover the vst3 and scan again?

 

Hi, maybe it's a verification issue, if it's checked, try to uncheck "verify plugins"
