In the picture above you can see a various version of FL12 that comes when you install FL12
Q 1 - I need to use Kontakt 5 , which one do you recommend if you know that I have :
    1 - 16 GB of RAM
    2 - Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
3 - Huge Kontakt libraries like : the 67 GB ( Spitfire Audio - HZ01 Hans Zimmer Percussion London Ensembles ) library

Q 2 - How to make this kind of libraries load faster ?

Man. It's simple. You're on 64 bit. To use more than 4 GB, you need 64 bit software. So obviously you need FL64.exe and that's why it's the default. The other versions are for troublesome crappy old PCs. Just don't worry about it. To have libraries load faster - get a SSD.

Best tip ever: batch resave the instruments (.nki, .nkm)

Lower Kontakt library preload buffer size if you can, if on SSD you can lower it a lot.

Defrag them if they-re on a HDD.

If your libraries are really very big consider using two hard drives and wisely divide them. [Edited=for 2x performance reasons, not capacity ones]

    It allows for windows scaling.
Windows 10 has the option for DPI scaling on each individual monitor in a multi-monitor setup which would help keep plugin window sizes consistent especially on higher resolution 4K monitors.

This is a graphical configuration and has absolutely nothing to do with your audio or sample-rate
