Man this makes me miss hard drugs. I am sure it sounded hawt as sheeet at the time, even though it was just a few loops with a whole bunch of horny and drank.

Hey, welcome to the forum. Your track is not that good, sadly. There might be a lot of reasons for it, but the most obvious would be that your listening environment is not too good. The levels are off. If it sounds like you feel it should on your speakers, there might be something wrong, and if it is, it will be really difficult, if not impossible, to create anything that sounds good for everyone else. How are you monitoring what you are creating? My advice would be to get some decent headphones or some decent monitors.

Ah my friend, lack of experience with production, accidentally leaving the master channel on the lowest volume possible because my speaker is fucked and i wanted to play it for my mate out loud and then impromptu mixing because it sounded bad on the fucked speaker, not knowing what the fuck a signal chain is, producing it entirely with default FL plugins and drum oneshots with a few mp3 moan sfx and learning how to automate as i went.

But ya know what, we live and we learn.
If I can ask ya a favour, i'm working on a second track.
Music is the only reason I don't kill myself so if ya could chuck the second one a listen i promise i'll do ya proud

 

Why cant i listen in browser?

 

If your speaker is broken, that is an explanation for sure. In general, try to mix in a way that you can turn the volume up and down and the overall sound does not change apart from getting louder or quieter of course. If you manage that, you are mostly good regarding the balance of your track. With your track, if you turn it down, you lose everything starting with the bass, which means it is too quiet in comparison to the rest. If you have a good mix, you should not get a lot of changes to the overall sound, just because you play it back louder or more quietly. If it is unbalanced, you will notice it because you will lose some instruments when you change the volume.
