Is there a good firewall that will allow you to block all contents in a folder from connecting with the internet? Not just exe files? Preferably open source.

I can't think of one off hand but some cracked/patched programs or plugins still manage to connect even after exe files are blocked. I know adding to the host file may be the best way but just checking.
