    Thanks tzzsmk.

I wish my ADHD let me enjoy 15 minute YouTube videos though. He probably could have shortened that to 3 mins. Shoot, a 10s TikTok could have covered the main points lol

I used to subs to his channel because I like his plugins, but I don't do mj, so I'm having trouble to resonate with his tempo, I'm more to high BPM, double speed everything, so I stopped doing (stop the subs, not the drugs, I don't do drugs) it. What was he saying, someone TLDW pls

I have a chronic problem, here let me...
    • your sabotaging yourself
    • spending too much time on one song
    • define your finish line
      • do the most basic writing, arrangement, recording, and mixing job = done
      • or, fine tune every part until your dead = done

I've tried that and the result is:
In this video, Gregory Scott discusses the hierarchy of production in music, arguing that production is the top level, followed by arrangement, performance, and song at the bottom. He suggests that many people get lost in mixing and lose sight of the other levels, which can hinder their ability to finish a song. Scott emphasizes the importance of having a clearly defined process and understanding where you are in the process, as well as recognizing and overcoming tendencies towards self-sabotage and resistance. He suggests that the most functional and prolific artists have habits and routines that help them stay on track and overcome their own negation tendencies.

This is better than watching videos on double speed. Thank you. For a 15 minute video, I earned 14 minutes.

i think my weak point is in mastering process

i can produce arrange and mix all in same template ...
but in mastering i always screwed up with eq and compression 9or adding dynamix EQ with studio one (they have horrible presets )

alot of people suggest to me to eq the track with faders in happy smily mode and thats should give the track good bass and sharp sound which i tried but cant get a good mastered track with what i have (i use izotop for auto mastering just to sleep and forget about whole thing)
