Find midi tracks inside a session

    Any one know if there is any way to look for midi tracks inside sessions in pro tools?..I mean to find the tracks without open the sessions or use the import option.
    I have midi tracks made long time ago and spread all over the HDD,and I cant find a easy way.Maybe any software?.
