I tried some gate plugins and could filter it out but I also makes the end of fine notes shorter (too short)

 

I don't think this could be automated. How should an algorithm know which sounds to keep?
This is a clip of piano chords with a bad edit in it, and even if you remove the badly cut note, the note before it is simply cut off and so is still sounding wrong.
