After that, using either XLN Audio's RC-20 or Baby Audio's Transit.

What else can I throw at these samples? What are you guys using?

if you have ableton suite / max for live, there are so many awesome devices for messing things up. Otherwise, yes, granular stuff, muteable instrument ports are great, spectral stuff is one of my favorites as well. there are some free spectral suites for MAC.

Never heard of Sample Brain. It looks like something that will really destroy a sample . . . in a good way, of course. ;-)

 

A little salt and pepper and a little thyme then bake the whole thing with cheese at 220 degrees in the oven.

I was super excited about Sample Brain, but I can't seem to get the sample to play once loaded. Hopefully I can sort it out.

 

There was a time when I would slap Filterscape on nearly everything. My production methods have changed a bit since then and I tend to forget about it, classic option.

I can't get any sound out of Sample Brain. ;-(

 

scroll window smaller so you see in left below corner if samples proccessed ,takes a little while

load wav's into brain then regenerate brain then loading targed then regenerate targed

i dunno if its right order just fiddling around right now and did get sound

Yeah, I waited for it to (re)generate brain, but no luck. ;-(

 

for testing purpose clear all ,set all slider parametrs to 0 ,load targed -regenerate targed , watch processing till its really done,move slider to targed only ,press play...

 

did you try changing driver ?

 

It seems super powerful, but maybe too complex for me. I think I might be a preset kind of guy for this sort of thing, then tweak. I am wearing too many hats . . . it's weighing down my noodle.
