We even have people who are scared of AI. They apparently do not know what Anecdotal Fallacy is. I had to look up the term for it even ;)
But here is the working example.

User #1: You cannot have a favorite reverb, because you need more than 1. Obviously this thread is worthless.
User #2: Sure you can have a favorite reverb. The one you always go back to after trying others. ie: Valhalla
User #1: You cannot make full good songs with only 1 reverb.
User #2: Sure you can. In fact, here is a list of nearly 100 of them. Want more examples?
User #1: But you cannot trust those AI results. It is making stuff up. Trust me, because I have no proof either. One of those is wrong.
User #2: What about the other 99 out of 100? You do know it gets these results by reading this information from websites? The same ones you read and think you know better?
User #1: But it's AI! It's going to steal all our jobs! Big scary Terminators. Haven't you seen The Matrix?
    User #2: :deep_facepalm:

Slightly off topic but since we're bringing it up, another important part of the When the Levee Breaks drum sound is an Echorec that he's playing in time with. It's not just the reverb... :guru:

Binson Echorec for the drums and Echoplex for guitars is the delay combo for Led Zeppelin. But the rooms were a part of the sound the i always loved on their records and no unit could replicate the sound of those rooms for my taste, until Chameleon. I'm not talking about the whole sound, but their room recording always sounded superb, it's actually so good that sounds like an instrument on its own. EMT 140 sounds like a lot of records, just like Fender springs, but no records have the acoustic enviroment that Led Zeppelin had on their sound

I love Valhalla. Is it because I have golden ears and after having tested 200+ plugins have found it to sound better? No, it's because it's a joy to use and automate. Heck, I'm actually positive the Kush Goldplate sounds better than Valhalla Plate, but I just chose the lesser-sounding plugin for its versatility!

I like the IK sunset sound and Fame reverbs, if I want to have reverbs modelled on something specific, they have a nice character and good selection of rooms, plate, chamber etc..

If I just wanted a good solid selection of reverbs where you can't really go wrong, I'd probably just use Valhalla plugins and call it a day.

Up to last year, I would have said that Lexicon PCM native or even LXP got one covered but since, I fell in love with the Pulsar Audio Primavera spring reverb emulation. This thing is alive ! I didnt like spring verbs but this one has something which brings life and sparkle in mixes. The included preamp emulation is good sounding too, but doesnt work with everything.
I like the free Valhalla Supermassive, too.

    1. Hofa IQ Reverb. At first, I didn't get it, then I got it. Wow!

    2. Relab LX480. The "Lushness". This was my #1 until I met Hofa IQ. I will never delete this plug.

Sonic Academy Vela is the most interesting new reverb I have used in quite some time. I think it will be popular with those who do not need IR-based realism. We already have Altiverb for that.
