Facebook account issue

    Hello , well this is out of context here but I really need a help on this one , so when I tried to login to my facebook account it says my password was rested a while ago but I didn't change it and in the activity there was no other place logged in and I'm still logged on my phone but I forgot the email so how can I change the password or the email and I'm only logged in and the email is over +8 years so i don't remember and thanks in advance

    go to account setting and you will see the email address
