stop compare ProQ2 and DMG EQuilibrium! They are different.
in DMG EQuilibrium you can detaily adjust IIR (in samples) / FIR (a lot of phases incl free phase for your own phase customization, types of impulse, impulse padding, length and more and more), you can choose hardware-eq-style curves, many analyser options, faders for mid or side (so it has more stereo options), more preferences for eq adjustment, customizable GUI, and MOOOOORE....
Pro-Q 2 is from another fairy-tale story...........how we say it in Russia - "This is from another Opera" (это из другой оперы). Another options, another adjustment, another GUI, another sound processing, another approaches, another marketing ways, technologies etc. etc. etc.
You say months ago "EQuilibrium or ProQ 1" - they are different "musthaves". Now you say that Pro-Q 2 is much better than DMG's EQs....What if super-multi-advanced "EQuilibrium 2" will be released months later ?????????? We all...we will be absolutely in sh*t - because we don't know what to choose))) EQuilibrium 3 or Pro-Q 3 ????????? =)

Well... the truth is, none of those two can't beat Nebula EQs on the boosting side of EQing. The enhancing type of eqing is killed by Nebula. On the flexibility, cleaning, filtering and other stuff, i stick back to the Pro-Q from Fabfilter.
