I noticed that some midi Libraries are missing the "midiDB" file, and that fore, they are not included in the "Search" window.

Is there a way to solve this problem ? ...how to create a valid midiDB file ?

my best guess would be reinstall, Don't think you can actually make your own or edit as such. I can't anyway... I've looked in the midi folder of my ez drummer library I couldn't even see a MidiDB file. but im on PC too so that might have something to do with it. id reinstall one of the missing libraries and see if that works. also too i think the midi libraries you have to import if they don't have an installer , you can not just copy them to the Midi folder within the ezdrummer main folder.
