I have encountered a strange problem, my external DVD-RW does not see DVD Enhanced section of a CD Single?

Normally when I insert a CD with and enhanced section I am prompted by windows asking me what I want to do, but it did not do that with this CD. I have it set to open the CD extra area / folder but NOT to autoplay. Around the period this cd manufactured (2006) there was a lot of malicious software hidden on the CD's by record companies that would send data back to the companies - Sony caused a HUGE scandal when it was exposed.

The CD Single in question is 2006 The Feeling - Love It When You Call.
This has three Audio tracks and a enhanced section with some software for fans of the band.

The software is meant to be accessed directly from the CD as the developers recommend copying it to a users C: if they experience and audio playback issues so there is no reason for it to be hidden on the CD.

Insert the CD into my external drive and all it sees are the three audio tracks.
I fired up Image Burn, created a Cue / Bin on my C:\ drive and looked inside the bin file, it had extracted 4 audio file (but there are only three listed on the CD Sleeve).

Opened PowerISO and selected the CD Single and it too shows 4 audio tracks.

However, if I create a ISO and drop the Cue file into Notepad it shows the 4th track is data.
    FILE "Image.bin" BINARY

    TRACK 02 AUDIO

I also tried ISO Buster but that also see's the 4th track as audio.

I have other CD's with this software on it and I can access it perfectly.

As I have two different copies of the same CD it kinda suggests that its not my CD reader

If you go to the discogs listing for this CD it clearly shows that there is a enhanced CD section that contains the U-MYX software for the band although it is showing as Track 4.

The CD Catalogue number 17013050, Barcode: 602517130500, Rights Society: BIEM/SABAM, Label Code: LC 01846 all match my CD incl the Catalogue number printed on the disc matrix area.

This is the 2nd copy of this CD Single that I have purchased from two different sellers and both have this issue.

Has anyone encountered this issue or does anyone have any suggestions?

There must be a way of hacking or accessing the data section.

    Many thanks
