Thanks for the reply, but all those things were done already. Windows 10 installation clean, Windows 11 installation clean (present day, and today working). All those steps you explain are the same explained at Audient web site.

I don´t get into business people without apporting anything, so the first insult and rude attitude was from this individuous. It´s not a delay. Try to play a MIDi project with the integrated sound on motherboard. You wil have the same results.

I also have an Audient iD14, but not Windows 11, never had problems with audient. When did your problem occur, I think when you installed Windows 11. And that is where the problem lies. You are a little too quick. What about the auto start in the CCleaner, have you checked?Audient may not be Windows 11 capable, but you want Windows 11, then buy a new audio interface.

I know. I bought Audient thanks to your recommendation. My preference was a Motu M2.

Maybe you are right, but last month it was working with Windows 11 and today, now, it´s working under Windows 11.
Patience is not one of my righteousness. And support idiots, never. Not talking about you, of course. You give respect, I return respect.
I´ll check CCCleaner when fails again.

    Thanks.

Idiots are always and everywhere. A certain percentage is just a little weird or stupid. You have to live with, don't waste your energy on this person. They only cost time and nerves. Read - Laughed - Deleted. See if the manufacturer can promise you a Windows 11. Motu M2 or Audient and now Native Instruments?

I saw Komplete Audio 6 and it has a good look. In the same range of price. But today Audient works with an old driver. It´s not the driver, it´s ID app. Waitng for response of the magnificient Audient support.

If you are seriously seeking answers for issues with equipment, keep in mind the following:
list your issue with clear & concise detail
list what OS you are using
    computer system
things you have tried to fix the issue
do not start arguments or, insult those taking the time to offer information (even if it does not solve the problem)

We all have days that try our patience. Lashing out does nothing to resolve your issue. it will surely turn others away from or, against trying to help you now or, in the future IMHO.

Makes no sense to compare two interfaces with different amount of ins/outs/headphones.

Which of the two is the better audio interface?

    - Native Instruments Komplete Audio 6 MK2
    - 209 EUR - MOTU M2 - 219 EUR

    Which one should he buy?

This is completely dependent on the amount of connectivity they need.

Komplete has 4 analog and 2 digital S/PDIF ins/outs, and 2 headphone outputs.
MOTU has 2 analog in/out with 1 headphone out.

    Both have MIDI in/out.

I personally like MOTU gear but I've had bad experiences with them on Windows. Still love my Ultralite, but I still use it with my old MacBook Pro.

But really, entirely different beasts. If 2 in/out is enough I'd go with the MOTU with the proviso that I could return/exchange it if it doesn't go.

    Ah I understand you.

For me, exactly the other way round, I'm only interested in the sound properties.
So very good converters, as much dB as possible as well as stability and longevity.

MOTU UltraLite AVB costs 679 €, for the money I would buy a PCI sound card from RME.

If you send your MOTU back to MOTU they will repair or replace it. I did this with my old 2408 MK3.
It's not free but it's much cheaper than a new interface. You should call first.

I personally love my 2 x PreSonus StudioLive 16.4.2 so much that I pulled the trigger on their StudioLive AR16c for only $400 on Amazon for live gigs. 30 years in PC recording and the dual16.4.2 consoles took everything I could throw at them without the usual headaches. Feels excellent to actually create music as opposed to working on the damn machine all the time.

First: You, have taken your own thread off topic
Second: You, just made my point ever so much more relevant.

lmao i can feel this guy anger, he wasted more money on something more expensive only to have more problems... meanwhile, i am using a shitty Behringer UMC22 with super low latency and no problems at all in Windows 7, can open lots of plugins and no problem.
Seems this shit its all about luck at the end of the day.

Had one of these for my girlfriends computer. Used it on a project using an rme UFX

Was doing fine at 512. 10ms latency is typical for 44khz.

I suspect the user doesn't understand what a sound card does and why track count means nothing given that the audio is processed by the cpu, not the interface.

The problem seems to be your computer. You are probably using more instruments than you need , probably multiple versions of nexus or some other shitty high cpu plugin.

You should be able to get 50ms with asio4@all and realtek. The issue is your setup.
