    Osmose is the new standard for musical expressivity. Use intuitive gestures to control this standalone synthesizer and upgrade your playing & production skills. Press, bend, shake, strum & more to interact with keyboards & electronic sounds in a new organic way. Whether you’re a veteran keyboardist, a workflow-oriented producer, a daring sound designer, or anything in between, Osmose will take your musical journey to uncharted places.



    Expressive E have decided to reopen pre-orders on January 5th 2023, for all musicians interested in purchasing Osmose. The pre-order scheme has been reconducted to allow Expressive E to anticipate demand as efficiently as possible and organize their production schedules accordingly.

    Despite a tense economic environment driven by inflation, component shortages, and the resurgence of epidemics, the company will still guarantee a $/€1,799 retail price within the limits of allocated stocks.

    honestly, 1799 is an incredibly reasonable price for this imo. i was expecting it to be higher. but yeah hopefully now the concept is out there we'll get new and cheaper iterations

    Still not available for purchase even in their website! I checked everywhere, but still not yet been released, maybe after 3 or 4 months.

    They have a backlog - they are currently starting to honour pre orders from like a year ago or more. So it will be a while until they can produce enough to satisfy new orders I imagine

    Would buy an A1 for the money and still have 300€ saved. i dont find anything appealing about the design either ...

    it looks like a raw 3D print out of blender and the specs from their page do not convince me.

    And for the MPE stuff, i dont feel the future right now, maybe in 5+ years

    When this got announced I had one kid and now I've got 3 and it's still only shipping. True story. I had to look up this company's name about two months ago to see what the status of it was.

    I'm definitely on the looks-like-a-beautiful-intrument side of views.
    As the guy in the video tells, I also love to play really gently and soft. The osmose sounds incredible atmosspheric from what I heard.
