Hi, just finished my second experimental music video. I wrote the music in Cubase then edited the piece together.

I've only started learning to edit over the last few months so I would love some positive criticisms.

That way hopefully I can improve.

    Many thanx. T . :)

Not that experimental, graphics and content fit perfectly in the mainstream tastes.
Nothing awkward in the editing, in the inner logic of the sequences and production techniques used.
Transitions are smooth, animations work well maybe the color treatment could be another.
The principle of associating the digital era with this concrete palette is just a convention well rooted if you like.
Personally I think the excess of color filters sometimes makes the thing too blurry.
I know it is intentional but light properties are taken away in the same one go.

    All together is good.

nice man, really enjoyed watching it

i liked the hyper saturated colors-

Hi Rolma, cheers for taking the time to watch and critique. Fair enough comments. I guess experimental as I don't have a decent camera yet. So I'm stuck learning to edit with whatever footage I can find or create.

Hi Frito, cheers for the comments. I edited in Premiere. The transistions are just simple quick dissolves. Although I do use the blending modes a lot to help comp together certain sections.

    Respect :) T.
