I´m searching for good experimental / modular electronic loops (Synth /FM Drums/ etc.)
Not that (i dont like) Trap/House/Edm......
any good Developer / resources out there ?

Might one ask if you've checked out Freesound?

Searching that site will take a lot of your time. There is a quicker way to use the Freesounds website. If you're unfamiliar with Freesound, you might like to create an account and drop in a request for the Freesound site members. It's not a route to instant gratification but they like this sort of thing.

Coincidentally, I was about to upload a nasty noise to Freesound under a different username than the one that I use here. I do that, sometimes, under CC-0 no attributin terms; i.e. do whatever you want with the audioclip coz I don't care what happens to it.

Possibly miles away from the sounds that you're looking for but, for the lulz, here it is.
Caution: turn down your cans/speakers before hitting play. It's a horrid noise.
