Is this exceptional (2003)?

Now compare it with today's top 100s. Today's music don't bring up serious issues. I mean for me destructing the prevailing configurations has always been more gripping than authenticating them. It seems everything is OK for today's artists and the world is at its best situation and the governments have turned the earth to another heaven.

You know, musicians are so sensitive creatures and even an unintended disrespect would motivate them to make some music about the prohibited subjects and ensuingly leading the whole mankind to catastrophic tragedies.

Maybe I miss the point, but I always thought of Laurie Andersons music as exceptional:

What I reckon as exceptional, from more modern times, is this track, by the (to me unknown) group zzzzra.
It can live without the visuals, too.
