Hey guys,
I'm having a problem with EWQL libraries, if I add them to Kontakt through "Add Library" button they work fine but they disappear when I close and open Kontakt again and if I add them through Kontakt Library Manager they give me the encrypted library error.
I'm using Kontakt 5.3.1 (because 5.4 doesn't have RTAS anymore) and it is happening with Stormdrum, Symphonic Orchestra, Symphonic Choir, RA, pretty much every EWQL library. Anyone been through this?

 

Update NI Service Center
There was a well known (legit) bug about this point.

You may need to register banks again...or not

I'm actually using the cracked version of Kontakt (can I say that here? *no* ), so it doesn't have the NI Service Center.

If that not work u could always navigate to the appropriate folder & delete .xml key for example Productname.xml for the libraries that are disappearing.

on windows something normally like C\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center

After u done that reboot & u will then be have to re-reg your libraries i.e add libraries tab which will generate new .xml

U can't load them EWQL libraries thru quickload etc unless registered as they encrypted so need to be done thru library tab.

So u need serial or unlocked kontakt

Clandestine, I've already tried deleting and re-add pretty much everything, but Gramofon solved it!

I Installed Kontakt 5.0.3 added the libraries and then updated to 5.3.1 everything worked fine!
