I don't know whether to post this here as a 'Soundgear' topic, or in the 'Studio' section \_(o_o)_/
I'm Reaching out to anyone who has / uses an ESI Audio interface (PCI card or USB).

I bought a used ESI-ESU1808 (from eBay) a few years ago, can get Windows-10 drivers from the parent www.
I haven't got around to setting it up yet, on my Win-10 AlienWare PC.

Does anyone who use ESI audio interfaces have any comments, likes / dislikes etc.?
    - I trust they are good quality, being made to German specs.

    Cheers ^_^

They always had good reputation in the industry,
providing for and working with other big manufacturers..

And also amongst consumers since the Juli@ times,
it was one of the cards to have in the M-Audio Delta66/1010, E-MU 1212M era..

Which were the first budget cards to be sorta competitive/comparable to the Lynx Two,
at least in terms of overall SNR, THD and Latency..

I don't know more from there,
but this ESU1808 looks solid enough

i've had 2 of their previous cards in the past (MAYA44, MAYA44+) which i used in my virtual vinyl setups with Technics 1200s & a mixer with VDJ going back to 2005 . . . was worth every penny, never had so much as a hiccup.

haven't used there studio cards, but hopefully it gives u some degree of confidence in your gear.

    Cheers
