Are your other keyboards /presets loading well !
If yes then my best guess would be that your LA C7 soundsource might be corrupted. The preset is not able to read from the soundsource properly...
You can copy/re download that file from your backup storage and replace it. Try it till someone else gives a more enlightened fix

 

all presets are working, but there is noise, errors occur when selecting a preset

 

Omnisphere Keyscape LA Custom C7 release issue Instrument

I've got this issue while loading the LA Custom C7 pianos in Omnisphere 2, Keyscape library. Looks like I'm missing a file or something. I'm using FL Studio 12.. Can anyone help me?

I have it working on my SSD but on my HDD im having the same problem as you even if i did the same thing while i was installing the files.. i have it working on 2 others computers as well.

Well, this is weird. I fired off an email to Spectrasonics support. Then I decided to run the installer one more time (I deleted the Keyscaper Steam Library beforehand), and now it seems to be working!
