    Try this solution if using windows 7.. Go to Local Disc (C:)program data/Native Instrument/Installer log... Once here you can actually see the list of installed NI products which look something like this (Abbey Road 60s Drums 1.2.0.003 Setup PC Log) its the configuration settings. double click to open an read the text in the files. it should be something like this
    [INSTALLATION PATHS]
    FACTORYCONTENT_PATH=C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments
    [REGISTRY KEYS]
    SOFTWARE\Native Instruments\Abbey Road 60s Drums\ContentDir=J:\Kontakt Factory Library\lib\Abbey Road 60s Drums Library\
    SOFTWARE\Native Instruments\Abbey Road 60s Drums\ContentVersion=1.2
    SOFTWARE\Native Instruments\Abbey Road 60s Drums\HU=AE321AB9C8FFA09EF13DFD848AD83ADE
    SOFTWARE\Native Instruments\Abbey Road 60s Drums\JDX=53FC95BA6D2010DA9C258DF7C568CC6441EF88813D42F931607C9D8EAFA138DB
    SOFTWARE\Native Instruments\Abbey Road 60s Drums\Visibility=3

    then you can run "regedit" from the start button search bar and look for the registry keys with the NI set your trying to work with. the only thing i modified in my reg was the ContentDir (in Red above)so that it matched where it actually was (J:/Kontakt Factory Library/lib/abbey road 60s drums Library). i kept gettin the no library and the old faithful disappearing library. after that no probs. Hope This Helps

    On my ( Work PC ) i search for the library name : ( Action Strings ) and here what i found :

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Applets\Regedit
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Native Instruments\Action Strings

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Native Instruments\Action Strings

    HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-1527171700-1785237763-1252110649-1032\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Applets\Regedit
    HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-1527171700-1785237763-1252110649-1032\Software\Native Instruments\Action Strings

    I tried to copy some of those keys and then send them to my ( Home PC ) then double click on them to register them , but when i try open ( Action Strings ) library it keep says ( No library found ).

    This lead me to be crazy !

    The same problem here. 5.03 works fine, 5.1 can't add libraries unless running in admin mode but after restarting the libraries ask for non-existent info files and are not working anymore, no skin bitmap only black area with cogwheels. Previously added in 5.03 libs work fine too. Looks like 5.1 can't run the service center, the dialog does not appear at all.
