EQ that removes frequency completely

    A comb filter can be created out of a delay, ironically enough.
    Single slapback and very short delay time.

    Otherwise ApQualizr2 has comb filter as an option, compared to Fabfilter Pro-Q3 which does not. I'm pretty sure your DAW has a native comb filter.

    Well the problem with a delay is you never know that you have properly eradicated a certain frequency and its partials properly. But with a comb filter in form of an EQ, you do know.
    Any comb filter in Pro Tools? Studio one? and Ableton?

    Studio One Autofilter has a comb filter.

    Maybe the best: Melda MComb (free!)
    Maybe the simplest: kilohearts Comb Filter
    Any phaser plugin could work, given it has the following features:
    - Manual and fine adjustment of feedback frequency
    - the choice between add or subtract (peaks or valleys in the frequency spectrum)
    - Resonance (feedback) level adjustment

The plugin is designed with solid DSP and math to reach stable high order results (e.g. The Butterworth lowpass can be set to 100th order. Parameters do not suuport automation at very high order state).
