Nah man, too smooth for bending. You can tell that it is definitely a slide around 1:28

This is turning out to be a fascinating thread didn't realise how many people on this site were into the good old stuff.

 

I simply disagree. Sounds to me like a simple finger slide. The delayed thing sounds like bending to me.
25 years of guitar-playing, but I could be wrong. idc.

 

Yeah i guess the main thing op was asking about could be a pre bend, but the melody is a slide, the way it is muffled, the vibrato. Doesn't matter really, if you'll get the sound you want P.s Don't throw your years of experience at me.

I was surprised too at the responses i had at the similar post about Iggy Pop here. Thought the public here were into edm/brostep. Wasn't completely wrong, though;)
