HERRING CLARINET - We worked with Jose Herring, active clarinetist and composer, to capture an enormous number of samples. At this point the samples are chopped and mapped, and we are working with our programmer to tailor-make the script for woodwind applications. Expect this instrument to hit the ground soon!

NATIVE WINDS is a Native American soprano flute, created by the master instrument maker David O'Neal at risingmoonfutes.com… Our intention is to eventually sample a set of these gorgeous specimens, because the sound is so uniquely warm and expressive.

CHANG ERHU is also on the verge of release, and it's something a lot of our users have asked for: an expressive and authentic Erhu! This is one of our most exciting upcoming instruments, in terms of playability and flexibility, it's something incredibly special. We captured bowed/slurred/gliss legato, as well as a range of short notes, tremolos, and a variety of sustains. Check out the teaser demo above: "Isle of Penglai"

POPELKA BASSOON - Currently in development, our flagship bassoon will have many of the features of our other solo instruments. Though one stand-out feature is that it will be one of our first true MULTI-DYNAMIC instruments! We are busily phase-aligning all of these yummy samples to overcome the dreaded phasing that occurs during a crossfade from one dynamic to another. More info on this instrument soon!
