Best for high white sound (accented high frequencies) is Overloud TH2, but that virtue also adds noise if there is any. Best in overall is Native Instruments GuitarRig. Cheapest and only for solos Kuassa Amplifikation One. I have had delay problems with Amplitube, but without those problems Amplitube could be the best overall. Waves GTR is great for thick clean sound and also reverb and delay effects. I can't think of anything else at the moment...

I love Guitar Rig! From authentic to experimental; hands down the best. Also like T-Racks, Line6 a little .. Logic Pro has many built in goodies, btw.. :grooves:

I use the Lepou/Poulin plugins mainly Legion and recab and load up impulse responses in lecab(makes for a really mean tone),I also sometimes use metal amp room,Guitar rig 5 or Amplitube 3 (They sound a lil different and Amp3 and GR5 have some nice presets). The Nick Crow amps are nice too and I think there may be some other decent amps that have been posted on here in the past as well.Personally I use legion & lecab with at least 2 ir's loaded if I'm playing distorted rhythm, and just put a lil delay & reverb or maybe even chorus if I'm playing leads or solos.Best of luck man

P.S. I'd like to know a good wah plugin if any of you guys know of any?

On the quest for TONE, Im a tube amp guy.
For all those watching this thread that are guitar connoisseur's I have discovered something amazing.

Best clean sound / best blues overdrive Tone in the digital realm.
Most VST'S are crap unless its higher gain imo... yeah yeah they imitate but they dont do. Amplitube fender cant touch this.

Nebula with the STN AMP DELUXE addon that is on the site. TRY IT

Yes you will need a i7+

This is the first time EVER I am happy with the recording straight in the box for fender tone and feel. It sounds like the amp.
When adding a ac booster, ts or favorite OD pedal in front it is amazing. Just like the real thing.. no joke

Run a touch of verb and EQ it on the backside to add some depth. Good to go

Just trying to pass this on as I know someone will appreciate the info.
BTW Im not a big nebula fan until I tried this.

    Voo

Native Instruments GuitarRig is really easy, have a lot of elements to combine.
Overloud TH 2 is good to.
Peavy revalver MK3 have good sounds too.
