editing has been fixed + how to insert media

    Thanks so much! How about embedding code, like for flash players. Are you going to allow that? Or is it there already and I just didn't see it? Thanks again!

    This seems to be just a URL option. I tried it on the post above and it just opens the file for download, rather than embedding it in a player. Would be nice to be able to embed players/wigets & other code. If I did something wrong, let me know, or demo it and I'll try again. Thanks man!

    Yes. What I was talking about is the ability to embed a player or widget. It is not very often that we have direct links to streaming files. That would be what format? .swf? Thank you.

    any direct link to any streaming format will do... what i did is copied the direct link to your file (this one) and used the icon to insert media :wink:

    I believe that the way the file is named is stopping the playback. I have another link I'll try. Indeed your demonstration of this has opened my eyes to how this works. The filenames are important. Thank you Saint. You are answering my questions quite well.

    Ok let's try this with a different file and see do it work.

    I did the drums and the guitarist did the final mix/master. I thought the drums sounded thin in his mix. I may try my hand at it if I get time. It's a good song though.

    yep, it works.. but takes some time before it starts to play. i guess it has some kind of buffer. :dunno:

    I think the guitarist had some dead air on the front of his track? I noticed that too. My mix will have a lot more foot and the drums will be a lot more in the mix than his.

    The problems I had with the original attempt to embed in your player, was 1 using tinyurl, and 2 there is a plus sign in the filename. Thanks.
