    Taking the release date into consideration (1974) it's highly probably panned tape delay or maybe Roland Space Echo and plate reverb. There wasn't much else back then.

    Watkins CopyCat or Echolette. Or Hammond spring reverb. Or Monacor bucket brigade reverb/echo. Or Binson Echorec. Or Revox or Akai tape machine. There was lots and lots to choose from. :)))

    BTW: The vocals are double or triple tracked.
