Put the thread I posted back as people want answers and stop being selective as to what you want to allow for people to see and what you want to hide.

Even the developer of Timeworx will respond here if required but YOU have deleted the thread.

Be a man and play fair. Reinstate the thread I wrote. However, this does not surprise me as you have been doing this all along with the emails inbetween us. You publish what you want the members to see and make sure important data is left out.

Me personally, i don't make any money out of my music, and i've been doing it for 25 years....because i like to do it, i've spent £000's over the years on guitars, synths, samplers, sequencers, zip disks etc. as i'm sure a lot of folk here have

The good thing for musicians and artists these days is, you don't need to fork out 000's anymore

A serious allegation has been made against me in a public domain. I have responded to that accusation and offered countless proof to substantiate my defense. So, the question I ask you is simple: why is the slanderous and defamatory thread still here?

That has been my continual mainstay with Saint and continual requests have met with the same result.

If someone then allowed, as you have done, defamatory and slanderous comments made in a forum you moderate, would the deletion of that slanderous content not be the right thing to do, or do you believe that peoples' businesses and characters should suffer on a fallacy and falsely endorsed content?

You don't want to admit to your hypocracy and what you earn and from where, fine.

But be very clear about one thing, and I have copied this to your forum and my lawyers have been lkeeping tabs on all of today's dialogue and copies will be forwarded to your ISP from my lawyers. Links to pirated content on external servers is one thing: publishing lies, defamation and slander in a public forum on a public domain that your ISP control is another story. Please seek legal advice about this or delete the thread and forward an apology. I moderate one of the biggest forums in our industry and therefore know the laws regarding defamatory content being publicly displayed after it has been publicly refuted and proved to be false

I will give you until tomorrow to remove this thread or the slander in it. You can hide your servers in Russia but your registration is in Germany and you fall under EU Law, so think hard about what you say or do next. My lawyers have kept abreast of all the dialogue between this forum and AudioZ and have noted my requests for the removal of the damaging and defamatory content which you have continually refused to accommodate.

They have asked I ask you first before they assess their next course of action. I have tried many times. It is now up to you.
