This process requires a handy little Windows utility called TypeItIn. From memory it is free.

With the help of TypeItIn you can make it easy to create and recall long passwords without having to remember them in your wetware brain.

For example, I use very strong passwords that are 50+ letters, numbers, characters and symbols long. Here's an example of such a password: 173!3F^Tp%Te2@90i^mIRGa>J<620Os98#Bet*...etc
Please don't use that example for obvious reasons :)

So before you start password engineering, get yourself a copy of TypeItIn for Windows. Install it and password protect it with something only you know and easily remember. A phrase-type password would probably be best for this. Now TypeItIn becomes a handy little vault.

Now you can move on to creating a very strong password for your target site or online account, and save it in TypeItIn. Then click Done.
See what this looks like in the pic below.

Create as many logins and strong passwords as you need, or create them as you need them.
I usually have TypeItIn running in the system tray (bottom right of desktop screen) and close it when I don't need it. You'll need to enter your TypeItIn password each time you want to use it.

Now all you have to do is:
    • Go to the login section of the target website
    • Place your cursor in the site's NAME field
    • Click the TypeItIn button that you created for that site
    • This will auto-enter the info into the site's login fields
    • If or some reason you can't do it that way, because the target site has an extra hoop you have to jump through like a captcha, just right-click the TypeItIn button, choose Edit Button and manually copy and paste the info from there to the target site.
    • Always keep a backup of TypeItIn in some other location on your PC, USB stick etc.
    • WARNING! If you forget your memorable TypeItIn password because you created it when you were stoned, God help you!
In case you haven't figured it out, using TypeItIn releases you from having to remember very strong passwords, or any passwords, except your TypeItin password. You can create as many logins and passwords as you like in TypeItIn. Just create a new button for each one.

Final note: You can create whatever you like in the buttons. Whole phrases or pages of text etc. TypeItIn is a very versatile little utility, Take time to explore it.

I just use the integrated password generator inside of Firefox, if I need a strong password.

This tools are good, it's mandatory for my job among many others. I use the classic KeePass (don't recommend it though).
The only hard part is to have a strong master password (besides possible keyfile).

    Thanks for your comments guys!

For me it came down to other uses, benefits and time-saving features that are available when I use this utility. For example...a fast idea pad for poetry and music lyrics, storing email addresses, stuff for web design, 3-D printing, electronics, engineering, repeating code snippets etc. TypeItIn is really fast and a great time saver. I also like to have many tools under one roof - as much as possible. It sure beats typing repeating stuff by hand :)
