Drums fx in this song,how to achieve it?

    haha me again asking for help
    so i want to get this kinda white noise fx that sounds like a whip at 00:04 :



    it could also be a sample
    well,if you have any idea on how to achieve it,tell me pls

    Just an idea... but you may run an amplifier with a ridiculously high gain over a drum loop and then add on top the dry drum loop. That way the amp transforms the drum loop in pretty much noise but keeps the rhythm and you can use it as a background while on top sit the dry drums.
    I don't know if i catched the sound you wanted

    Try breathing into a mic ("hey, yeah") -> distort it hard -> filter it (filter/EQ).

    It sounds like an extremely noised vocal sample, maybe even with claps. Could be bit-resolution reduced. It sounds a bit like he triggered a pink or filtered white noise with the vocals.

    Yes. The contrast (between machines and instruments) is startling, so the human touch is incredibly strong.

    tried both together,and it actually worked,i ended up with a very similar sound that i could fix a little bit,yet i'd rather hear sascha's answer
