Not sure that I come from Earth... but I'll try to answer you as well !

DRUMCORE TOOLKIT
DrumCore FREE only includes the DrumCore plug-in, and not the toolkit app.
DrumCore 3 and DrumCore Deluxe include both the DrumCore plug-in and the "DrumCore Toolkit" standalone application, which let users add their own audio loops and drum samples to DrumCore.


Here you have the 'PDF' Guide for the 'DrumCore 3 Plug-In'. It would worth to have a look into it... *yes*

It can seems obvious, but do you have the 'Sonoma Wire Works DrumCore 3 VSTi v3.0' and its Factory Library already installed within your system ?

I ask you that because if you have only downloaded the 'Sonoma Wire Works DrumCore Toolkit 3 VSTi Build 8' (by 'Team ASSiGN') posted today in the 'AudioZ' Forum, you'll not be able to use this one ! *no*





If you only install that 'Sonoma Wire Works DrumCore Toolkit 3 VSTi Build 8' and that you launch it, you'll get the error depicted in the above image.




And even if you create a "fake" : 'DrumCore Data' folder, you still get the warning message as depicted in that second image...


So if you have only that 'Sonoma Wire Works DrumCore Toolkit 3 VSTi Build 8' installed within your system at this time, you can easily guess there's no way to use it for the moment.
You must first install the whole VSTi app (and its Factory Library), then you'll certainly have access at this 'Sonoma Wire Works DrumCore Toolkit 3 VSTi Build 8' to import/create you own Drum Kits ('.wav.', '.aiff', '.rex',... ).

I have Drum Core 3 Free and the Beat Edition...
have three Libraries installed...
When i try to import my Kits,i get a error message,
or it transfers but there are no files...
This Tool is tricky..believe me...thats why there is no true
help in the Net..there are so many options...setting Bars,styles ,Kits,
hits.user paths etc..
Do you got it working?

I need an expert..

I think Studio 555 gave you the answer,
With the Drum Core 3 Free, you can not import your Kits,
and you have Sonoma Wire Works DrumCore 3 BEAT HYBRiD, but you still need Sonoma.Wire.Works.DrumCore.3.VSTi.v3.0.b30 apart from the Sonoma.Wire.Works.DrumCore.Toolkit.3.VSTi.v3.0.b8 in order to import your self made kits
