Is there a vst plugin that will let me drop like 10 different drum loops in it and then chops them up, randomizes and spits out a loop from it? Thank you.

 

Of course there is.

 

Melda MDrummer has a "variation" function for MIDI. You can prepare a few variations of a given beat and play it in order or randomly. In addition, it also has a beat generator and a lot of other functions. Watch Chandler's tutorials on YT

 

Sorry should also mention I dont need something with a massive content library because I only want to use my own wav loops

Twisted Tools Ultraloop is great for this, but you need Reaktor to run it.

 

You can also just put a timesynced random stutter effect on a drum loop and cherry pick the best parts. It's pretty cool, try it!
Or if you want less random and more control, something like Sugar Bytes Effectrix will do.
