This is a work in progress song that I'm working on but the drop sounds very muddy.
Any tips on how to make it better ?

The buildup gives the notion that it's suddenly going to drop into a track. Not sure which synth you're using but a bit of saturation would brighten your lead a bit. I'd also say your lead is too loud. Layer that kick, saturate it and sidechain the f*** out of everything else so your kick is dom. Your drums are lost in the mix.

Perhaps grouping w multiband compression along with glue compressors will tighten it up a bit? If all else fails, get a better kick. Also make sure your low end is properly eq'd

Side note, pump out a few hour long challenge tracks. Despite the outcome, it will help you progress imo. Hopefully that's useful advice
